The Skin Fairy 6-Month Acne Treatment Grant Official Terms and Conditions NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 1. Sponsor The Your Clear Year Grant (“Grant”) is sponsored by The Skin Fairy (“Sponsor”). 2. Eligibility The Grant is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. One winner will be selected from each of the following categories: Nashville Area: Must reside within reasonable driving distance of The Skin Fairy Nashville. Redondo Beach Area: Must reside within reasonable driving distance of The Skin Fairy RB. Virtual Appointments: Open to entrants located anywhere within the United States. Employees of The Skin Fairy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate. 3. Grant Period Entries will be accepted starting November 1, 2025, and ending December 1, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Winners will be announced on December 15, 2025. 4. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete The Skin Fairy Grant Application Form and submit photos on theskinfairynashville.com; Responses to all required questions, including a brief description of their “Skin Story”; and Clear, recent front and side photos of their face showing their current acne condition. 5. Prize Details Three (3) winners will each receive six (6) months of professional acne treatments and skincare products beginning January 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2026 (the “Treatment Period”). Each prize includes: Monthly Acne Treatments: One treatment per month (up to six total) provided by The Skin Fairy. Virtual Client will receive one virtual follow up per month, which does not come with a treatment. Treatments not used by June 30, 2026 are forfeited and have no cash value. Skincare Products: The winner’s complete initial homecare routine, provided at no cost, as well as any additional products added during the Treatment Period. Product refills are included at no cost, but winners may only possess one of each product at a time. All product benefits expire June 30, 2026. Approximate retail value of each prize: $1,400. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. 6. Conditions of Treatment By accepting the prize, each winner agrees to the following terms during the six-month Treatment Period: They will not receive acne-related treatments or consultations from any other licensed aesthetician, skincare specialist, or dermatologist. They will follow the treatment plan and homecare routine as directed by The Skin Fairy’s professionals. They understand that individual results may vary and that The Skin Fairy makes no guarantees regarding results. 7. Photo and Video Consent By entering the Grant and/or accepting the prize, winners grant The Skin Fairy irrevocable permission to capture and use their photographs, videos, and likeness during treatments for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertising, and website content, without additional compensation. 8. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be selected by The Skin Fairy team based on the submitted application and photos. Winners will be notified via email by December 15, 2025. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. 9. Limitation of Liability By entering the Grant, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Skin Fairy, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Grant or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. 10. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in the Grant constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of The Skin Fairy, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Grant.
